Purpose

To support and assist the Reservations & Accommodation Manager and Reservations team by performing a variety of reservations related tasks as directed by Management; to oversee revenue management for school owned/managed Residences and Hotels.

To input and process the bookings received and send out all relevant information and financial documents to agents/direct/accommodation providers.

Check accommodation/courses availability before confirming bookings.

Deal with direct/agents’ enquiries; distribute information regarding courses and accommodation; work out and send quotes.

Purpose

Clean assigned classrooms; bathrooms; common areas including stairs, lifts, balconies, and other public areas;

Follow the proper operating procedures of school equipment, ensuring they are cleaned and properly stored;

Helps and checks that the furnishing, facilities and equipment of school are kept in the cleanest possible
