Front Office Coordinator

IELS Malta is a leading English language school operating within the tourism & education industry for the past 30 years, having three schools in Malta and Gozo, a 3 Star hotel in Sliema, and forming part of the LAL group of language schools, with other centres in the UK, USA and South Africa.

We are currently looking for a Front Office Coordinator to answer inquiries and provide information to customers and visitors, as well as performing general office administration related to the Front Office department.

The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Giving full attention to clients, and assisting with their queries;
  • Talking to others to convey information effectively;
  • Actively looking for ways to help clients;
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
  • Answers the phone whilst managing the switch-board effectively;
  • Deploying and keeping track of supply orders.
